Call 16263. Call this number 24 hours a day and night for a doctor's consultation.


Health Care is a service operated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. By calling this health care helpline 16263, you can directly consult a doctor for any health related matter. This helpline is at your service 24 hours a day and night. Besides, you can get information and phone numbers of government hospitals, doctors or any other information related to health care from the health service. If you have any complaints or suggestions regarding government, private health care or hospitals, you can contact this number. The complaint will be reported to the appropriate authorities and you will be informed of the action taken on your complaint.



After dialing 16263, press 0 (zero) to speak directly to a doctor for your health consultation. If you want to know your nearest government hospital, doctor information or anything about health care, then press 1. If you want to make a complaint about a public-private hospital, clinic or other government healthcare, press 2. Click 3 to know more about the health transport service of the Ministry of Health. Press 8 to report any suggestion or complaint regarding health care services.


Remember, health care is not a commercial service and is the most affordable mobile healthcare. A call charge of Tk 2.37 per minute (including VAT) and 10 second pulse is applicable.
