Decisions taken at the meeting held on 05.02.2018

Remarks 1) The meeting was accepted in the unanimous order on re-reading the date of the last 05.02.2008.

        2) In the meeting, the Chairman informed the present members that due to no rectification of the trucks, he urged the members of the wards to take along with the villagers.

       3) The Chairman encourages the members to emphasize and determine the UP Tracts.

Later, thanking all the members, the chairman declared the end of the meeting.

 

Decisions taken at the meeting held on 05.03.2018

Remarks 1) The meeting was accepted in the unanimous order on re-reading the date of the last 05.03.2018.

       2. It is discussed in the meeting that registration of the birth and death of the union is done. It is known from the beginning that the birth and death registration process is satisfactory. Most of the information recorded in birthdays has been hoisted online. The decision to withdraw the remaining was taken.

     3) Discussion about the law and order in the meeting. As discussed, the village police personnel engaged in the wards are asked to keep a watch.

     4) Tracking and exchanging the ASMMT list is urged to speed up.

After all thanking everyone, the chairman declared the meeting of the meeting.
