Organizational Structure-
Each union is divided into 9 wards.
(A) One chairman elected by the direct voters of Union residents.
(B) Selected from the wards of the wards of each ward by a member.
(C) One female member elected from every three wards voters.
The term of the election is five years.
A secretary appointed helps the union council work.
